춤

 

새가

하늘로 솟구쳐 날아가듯

씨앗이

땅 속에서 살며시 몸을 내밀듯

 

나를 억압하는 금제가 풀리면

춤신이 내린 것 같은 흥취에 빠져든다

 

나는 없고

내 몸이 음악에 따라 흘러간다

 

빠르면 빠른 대로

늦으면 늦은 대로

 

리듬에 맞춰

때로는 격하게

때로는 부드럽게

몸이 절로 움직인다

 

춤신이 내리셨나 보다

 

온전한 정신에는 어림없는 동작들이

절로 터져 나온다

 

오늘도

나는 육신이 유연해지는 운동을 한다

 

언제 터져 나올지 모르는

춤신을 위하여

 

선가에서는

치우침을 경계한다

 

춤에도 빠지지 말라고

 

그래서 나의 모습이 그러한가 보다

 

중년 문사의 차분한 모습에

흥이 돌면 넘치나 보다

 

자연스럽기도 하겠지만

이젠 자중해야지

 

내일모레면 환갑인데

 

어쩌면

환갑 이후에는

또 다른 춤신이 오지 않을까?

이시는 '춤'을 통해 내면의 자유와 육체적 해방을 탐구한 글입니다.

음악과 몸의 리듬 속에서 자아를 잠시 내려놓고 순간적 흥취를 즐기는 상태, 즉 '춤 신'의 강림을 표현했습니다.

나이와 자제라는 현실적 조건 속에서도 여전히 찾아오는 창조적 에너지를 기대하며, 삶의 연속성과 새로운 가능성을 담고 있습니다.
